Description

These lip powders are rollerballs filled with dry powder. It should glide on easily and have that feel of applying lipstick! Make sure to shake it down a drop before applying it so that it flows properly. These mineral rollers come in matte and shine powders to give you the look that you want. Tip: Shake out powder downward or on hand to get the flow going then apply on bottom lips first then the top. SHINE: Creates a shiny, creamy texture lipstick look. MATTE: Creates a creamy, matte texture.
