The buffing action stimulates circulation, which encourages nail growth. Use as often as desired. The No. 3 Sealing Buffer Pad helps to smooth fingernails. The ruby dust bonds with the natural oil on the surface of the nail, sealing the whole nail and leaving a nail that looks healthy and shiny. Use as often as desired.
