This flexible cream can even be used as a mask or a rub in cream. Plus, sensitive to oily skin or anything in between can benefit from the tonic affects. Use this product 2 to 3 times per week. If the circles under the eye are dark or pronounced bags are seen, apply a thick layer of the balm around the area and leave there for 10-15 minutes. Finally rinse off with lukewarm water. If seeking prevention, then apply as a cream in the area in a very thin layer, making it penetrate with light strokes.
