Dexeryl is a specialized dermatological cream-emollient used in cases of dry skin (xerosis). It is recommended for symptomatic treatment of various skin diseases, such as atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis and others. The positive effect of applying the cream is favored by the film-forming effect of the white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin contained in it. It acts as a physical barrier to evaporation, thus preventing dehydration. It exhibits a barrier effect against external damage. The hydrating effect of glycerol helps maintain balanced skin hydration.
